“Para una noche no está mal ”

“The property on the outside looks good but on the inside is another story. The smell of urine in the room you can see the mold in the AC unit and the lamp. Tried to fight the charge as we didn’t even/ couldn’t stay they didn’t have any other room to offer and with asthma that wasn’t the place to stay. Even for one nite. ”

“Very clean and quiet. On-site laundry was stupidly expensive, as to be expected. We did not utilize any other amenities, but they looked nice enough. ”

“Room was well appointed Staff friendly Breakfast was enough ”

“Room wasn’t ready at checkin time. Had to wait 15-20 minutes. Great breakfast. ”

“They are actively transitioning to new ownership and under renovation. We found a small roach in the bathroom. Bed was not comfortable, felt old, and dirty. Old AC unit that made the room have a smell. Just overall dirty. We almost left and went back home but it was over an hour away and we got there late. So we decided to suck it up since we had an event in the morning that was 10 minutes away.”

“Don’t clean the room I stay 3 nights and never clean my room”

“The room was very clean the staff was excellent especially the Spanish lady on second shift I was unable to locate the hotel I had to call her three times and without attitude or any sense of anger she talked me right in to the hotel with no issues we were there for basketball tournament so we had early games so we ddnt get a chance to have breakfast…parking was ok but as to be expected with so many different teams and other regular travelers but overall it was a pleasant experience ”

“A little disappointed with the room in the way of the air conditioner. The air condition was LOUD. We kept it running at 70 degrees in room 318 in order for it to keep the room cool enough. Everything else was fine. ”

“The kitchen cabinets had absolutely nothing in them. I had to buy pots pans, utensils, tea, towelsl, and on and on. No shampoo to get you started. No hand towels, No hair dryer, No gym. It would be nice if there was a couple of park benches or a picnic table outside people stay there for a week after week and nowhere to sit outside. The other WoodSpring I stayed at the kitchen was fully equipped and had a gym, but no picnic tables or park benches.”
