“Great stay in winter and I'm sure this place is popular for beach access in the summer. I loved the super soft towels and kitchenette.
A couple of improvements:
-Probably time to change the mattress in Rm 2. It is very misshapen with a large dent where many people have slept.
-Weather seal the doors for better energy efficiency and to keep the temp in the room more manageable.

“No nonsense at a reasonable rate. No frills.
24/7 pull up, walk in, ID, cash/card, $4 key deposit and you’re good to go. Book online if you want and they don’t give you a hard time. Lots of local places will give you all kinds of a hard time because you wanted to save money by booking with the third-party app, etc. These guys don’t. The rate is always pretty reasonable either way.
They do sell out on weekends or holidays/local events.
We have stayed here several times and find it more...
