“Wonderful staff and a very nice place. Good views of Mount Fuji and the outdoor private bathtub was great for soaking in some hot water. Check in is really easy (you'll need to use a translation app at times if you don't speak Japanese). For US Residents who aren't used to sleeping on the floor on just a futon mat or 2, you may be a bit stiff waking up. “Air conditioning is centralized. Room is warmer than I wanted. Front desk advised me to crack open the window. The location is great. Just remember to pick a room that has the Mt. Fuji view when making reservation”

“Check in was easy. The living room and dining area were super cozy. Got all of the equipment needed for cooking. Mountain view was great with camping table and chairs on the rooftop. The massage chair did not work so it was a shame. The rooms didn't have any chairs or tables so it’s a bit inconvenient for our bags or personal belongings. Only one of the rooms had a wardrobe, while the other one didn’t have any hooks nor hangers for our clothes. The wallpaper in the toilet had peeled off a bit. ”
