“Check in was a little sketchy, I struggled to find the right door at first and keypad. And when I got into my room, I didn't realize the door would lock behind me when I left. I closed the door to go to the bathroom downstairs and luckily I had my phone on me with my code, but if I had locked my phone in my room without my code I would've been in a really bad spot since there is no receptionist or on-site staff. “洗濯機2台のうち1台は新型で内部の洗浄はコインを入れる前であるが、いつも通り先にコインを入れてしまった。その旨表示して頂きたい。 風呂場内に小物、バスタオルを置く台を置いて欲しい。皆体を拭かずに出るのでマットがびしょ濡れで不潔。”

“The hotel has a great location, within walking distance from Isawa Station, and there are several convenience stores nearby. I enjoyed learning about the history of Isawa Onsen from the photo displays near the elevator. The story about hot springs suddenly flowing from vineyards in 1961 was especially interesting.
