“We went there with no plans because it was forecasted to rain a lot. But it didn’t rain that much and the staffs there helped us arranged our itinerary. They suggested us where to go, helped us booked tickets and transport.
There was also free transport to/from Yangshuo city center. Overalls all the staffs were friendly, so helpful and able to speak English very well. If you download Wechat, they will help you even before your stay.

“The property is beautiful, location is great to explore the river, away from the main town. You can get a bike from the property or they can arrange a tour for you. We are more of an independent travellers and therefore happy to cycle our way along the river.

“The resort is beautiful. We enjoyed the little strolls we had around the hotel property with the little animals (peacocks are a bit noisy to be fair). Our reservation includes 1 hour river rafting which was quite scenic and also saved us the trouble of having to get the tickets separately outside.
The hotel itself though is a bit far from the town centre. We weren't able to make use of the free shuttle due to schedule conflicts but it was quite convenient to call a taxi to get into town.”
