Welcome to your home away from home! You’ll be greeted by warm wide-pine floors and a bright, fully updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a handy breakfast bar—perfect for quick snacks or helping little ones with breakfast. To the left, a dining table for six invites family meals or game nights, while the cozy living room offers comfy seating and a smart TV for streaming everyone’s favorites.

4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms plus an outdoor shower provide plenty of space and privacy for up to 8 guests. The first floor has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a twin over full bunk bed. Upstairs are a queen bedroom and a bedroom with 2 full size beds, plus an adjacent bonus room perfect for the kids to chill out. There is a full bathroom on each floor.

Outdoors, fire up your gas grill and then gather on the furnished deck complete with a table for eight with an umbrella for summertime cookouts. There is a large yard for the kids (and adults!) to run around. In the evenings, roast marshmallows and tell stories at the fire pit as stars fill the night sky.

Gray's Beach Boardwalk is 2 miles away, famous for its half-mile-long boardwalk over a tidal marsh that offers great opportunities for birdwatching, nature walks, and enjoying sunsets. The white sands and gentle waters of Mayflower Beach in Dennis is a 10 minute drive. The kids will love exploring the incredible Tidal Flats at low tide as much as swimming and playing in the water when the tide is in.

When not at the beach, you are a 10 minute drive from fun family activities like the Cape Cod Inflatable Park, Pirate's Cove Adventure Mini Golf, and the Wydah Pirate Museum, with actual Pirate treasure! Plus plenty of great restaurants to enjoy.

There is air conditioning for the warm summer days. A washer and dryer are available for use in the basement.
