“Lovely place to stay at the heart of Melbourne CBD. Close to shops, transport and restaurants. The apartment is complete with all the necessary amenities & equipment for a vacation. Beautifully decorated, clean and smells nice too. Host is quick to respond to my questions too. Overall, my family and I are very happy.”

“Great property”

“The location is great very convenient close to the train station , tram and Sydney road. The property was very clean and tidy. The communication with the hotel staff was on point and very efficient they were all so helpful. However, they lost a few stars based on the hardness of the bed. It was not comfortable. Also before booking the property we weren’t aware there was a bond. We found out afterwards. Plus they don’t release the bond straight away. It can take up to a week to get it back so...

“Was quiet and convenient, not too close to the city and not too far from it”

“We stayed in this apartment for 6 nights and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. We found cockroaches every single day in various areas, including both large adults and many baby cockroaches, which suggests an ongoing infestation. They were mainly found in the kitchen, even though we kept the apartment clean throughout our stay and were careful not to leave food out. We would not stay here again and do not recommend this property to other travellers.”

“Great room however very little to no natural light felt like we were in the dungeon. The outside area was dirty and a mess if they cleared and cleaned the area it would be nice to sit out there and have a cuppa. Otherwise everything else was great.”

“Check in consists of a lockbox hanging out of a tree on the footpath outside the place. I hated it as I was there alone and it was getting dark. Place was clean but lots of scuffs and wear and tear. There’s a nightclub nearby which was very loud throughout the night. Most annoyingly was that there was no tv in the bedroom. ”
