“Check in was pretty easy. Room was clean and tidy. Kitchen was pretty basic, kettle,toaster, stove oven,some cooking essentials. Nothing extra. No milk, tea or coffee. Beds were very soft i couldn't sleep in them so i ended up sleeping on the couch which was more comfortable, I think it's time for them to be updated. The towels wouldn't dry us its like they were waterproof. The rack in the shower was broken. There was alot of mildew in the silicone in the shower so time for it to be replaced....

“Overall not very clean as dust piles in many places. Dryer was full of wet linen on arrival as it had stopped and overloaded. Contacted host and we were asked to put it somewhere safe. Had to finish drying it in separate loads. Only 4 towels out although we had booked for 5 people. Lucky only 4 of us actually came. No top sheets on beds. Full length mirror would be handy. “Earlier communication for check in , as it was a work trip worried for my staff and them to get checked in. Noise next door was high yet my staff were not there to party. No one asked them to keep noise to acceptable late night level. My staff didn’t get home till after midnight and gone at 8 am ”
