“Check-in was extremely difficult at this property. I had called in advance to inform them that I would be a late check-in and got told that it was ok and hung up on. “We stayed at QT Newcastle expecting a premium experience given the price point, but unfortunately it didn’t live up to expectations.
The hotel certainly looks stylish and modern, but the experience felt more about appearance than substance.
