“Welcoming, friendly and flexible. Very spacious bedroom and bathroom. Clean and well maintained. Bed mattress felt a bit old but we still managed a good sleep. Convenient location. Easy walk to restaurants and city centre. Just a few minutes walk to Otago University, museum, hospital, botanic garden, etc. Ideal for a family.”

“Our family room was ideal with two single beds on the mezzanine level giving space and privacy. The property was in process of renovating and upgrading rooms one by one but ours was more than adequate and the kitchen facility and breakfast bar meant we didn’t have to balance plates on our laps!. The location was ideal with our granddaughter just a 5 minute walk away, and we explored the city on foot. Driving further afield was easy too.
