“It was ok for the price”

“It can be a challenge to find Hotel off the Highway. The first issue we had at check in was room keys did not work. Our room was located down long hallway by Exercise room. I noticed the Access door for hotel by Ice Machine did not lock for Security purposes. The latch was missing on the Jamb. When I mentioned this to Front Desk the attendant told me the Manager has been notified of this issue. “We have stayed at this property several times over the last 5 years and in our two stays this month we noticed a decline in amenities. The rates are higher but the services are lower. The staff is nice and the property is clean.”

“The stuff was very nice polite and allowed me to wait in the lobby until my reservations was transferred over. The room was clean. The breakfast buffet was real good with eggs, sausage, you can have waffles and they also had fresh fruits. Several selection of drinks included coffee, orange juice, tropical juice, and tea.”

“My stay at the Emerald was wonderful! The keypad entries were especially convenient without having to keep up with a key card. I made quite a bit of use of my balcony, which was very enjoyable. The location is extremely convenient to the downtown area. It was overall a very nice day.”
