STRICTLY No Smoking: Violation incurs a £300 penalty.
Noise Curfew: No loud noise after 10 PM. This is a quiet residential area.
Unregistered Guests: Only the booked number of guests are allowed to stay. Extra guests = booking cancellation and loss of deposit.
Pet Policy: Pets are allowed on request. A £30 per night pet fee applies. Unauthorised pets = penalty fee.
Lost Keys/Lockouts: £50 callout charge, £250 locksmith charge for lost keys.
Refundable Damage Deposit: £300 pre-authorised before check-in.
Important: Failure to comply with house rules may result in eviction with no refund.

We offer early check-in and late check-out, but availability depends on the day’s schedule.
