“Was very impressed with this hotel. Best hotel I stayed in Yerevan. Very big room size with big balcony providing breath taking views of the city, mountains and hotel swimming pool. Very clean and luxuriously designed. Great outdoor zone with small garden and sitting area. Gym and indoor pool. Quiet. Very close to city center, about 15 minutes drive. The minus of this hotel that they don't take my American visa card, which worked perfectly everywhere else in the city but in this hotel. They...

“The area is completely in construction-renovation stage and till today i cannot understand how they can accept guests in such condition... When booking it was said outdoor swimming pool, breakfast, etc, however nothing was working or ready yet. Could not stay longer there and left the hotel after 1night. Not recommended - at least before they can complete the renovation, which doesn't seem to be quick...”

“We loved our stay at Olympavan. Very friendly service, however, if you don't speak Armenian or Russian communication will be limited. Excellent gym facilities and a very generous buffet breakfast, catered for Armenian elite athletes who live and train here. Quick laundry service, shops nearby, wifi is good enough. The only trouble was the heat in early September and our non aircon room got very hot and muggy. Getting into city centre takes a while as traffic gets chaotic.”
