However, in this case you pushed the key to the lock and broke it inside, that's why you were stuck. Our apartment operates with a central heating, which was turned off from April 15, because the heating season was finished... in any case the previous guest felt there comfortable that’s why we didn’t think of bringing there any heater, moreover, it was around 20 degree by C:)
