“The whole place needs an upgrade.”

“It was a nice hotel just to sleep in. The breakfast wasn’t that great and our room had some cockroaches. But other than that it was a good hotel for the price”

“The property is conveniently located to many stores and outlets. Staff are friendly and nice. As a returning customer, filling out paperwork repeatedly (same information the past 6 times I’ve stayed there this year, it is inconvenient to ask the same information over and over. Also, while I don’t have visitors, their requirement that each person visiting register at the lobby makes this location feel unwelcoming.”

“The hotel is conveniently located, close to the beach, shopping and eating facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room that we had was clean and comfortable. Didn’t find any issues with parking, would be staying again in the near future.”

Thank you Connie from the front desk staff for going beyond to extend our stay and not needing to check in and giving my family a great price. Cafe Cino is also my favorite coffee shop on island. “It was quiet. When power died, tge generator kicked in.”

“It was very clean, the kitchenette was also very nice. Plenty of space for luggage. Shuttle was also clean and was there early, the driver was also nice and helpful as well. The room I was in, the drain wouldn't really pop back up to drain, but it was still very good after a long day of traveling. Would definitely recommend staying at.”

“ブッフェの朝食が値段の割に美味しくなかった。 2年前より質が落ちている気がする。 プール、ビーチのスタッフも前回泊まった時の方がフレンドリーで良かった。シーズンオフに行ったからかも？ 前回は空いているビーチチェアに座ったら、韓国人に「朝から場所を取っているからどけ！」と怒鳴られたので、今回は韓国人が以前より少なくて良かった。 とは言え、毎回ビーチとプールには満足しています。 水のサービスが部屋の近くに無くわざわざ汲みに行く感じです。 値段を考えると総合的にこれ位のサービスのホテルなのかも知れません。”

“基本的にはホテル内は清潔です。 ただ、プール周りの椅子やトイレは汚いところが… 仕方ないことですし、スタッフも取ってはくれますが、枯れ葉や落ち葉がプールに浮いているので最初は抵抗ありました。 朝食のビュッフェもバリエーション豊富で、うどん、そば、ラーメンも楽しめます。 フルーツも卵料理も美味しいです。 子どもは1日中プールや海に入ってこれまでの旅行で1番楽しんでいました。”

“Room looks clean but found stuffs under the bed from previous occupants and air conditioning was not cold, we informed front desk about it but they just laughed about it like was a joke. I asked if the was cleaned before we checked in and was told not really”
