“There is an extra $40 fee per child over the age of 11 that was not included in the price of the hotel per night. Staff could not explain what this fee was for. ”

“It was a great way to spend Easter with our family. We went bowling, cooked an Easter breakfast and went swimming in the pool. I was a relaxing time with many activities for the whole family.”

“仕事の都合で今まで10回ほどこのホテルを利用している。そのうち4回くらいはエレベーターが故障している。3階の建物だが階段で乗り降りするのは面倒だ。特に今回は杖を使っての歩行だから3階が30階くらいに感じられる。（エレベーターは1台しかない） 水圧が本当に低く、日本の4分の1もない。どの部屋も同じだ。 ヘアドライヤーを借りようとしても、たいてい在庫なしだ。ティッシュペーパーなどは自前で持って行く必要がある。部屋などはきれいだが、設備は日本の質と比較することもできない。”

“I know that the facility is old. Given leeway for that, the facility needs a major overhaul with window repair and air conditioning issues. All of my curtains were soak due to leaky windows. The electricity went off, only for a thirty second duration, but the air conditioner went off with it. I didn't notice the air condition until it got really humid inside of the room. Other than those inconveniences, I can't really complain.”

“The room was clean and quiet, the flooring beautiful, the view gorgeous, the beds comfy and luxurious. The AC and TV worked just fine and the staff were friendly. It's also an easy walk to the beach and coffee shop. I would've given the hotel 5 stars, except their boiler was out and there was no hot water. I was informed of this when I checked in, but it was late and I didn't have a backup hotel plan. Fortunately, the water was lukewarm, not cold. ”

“延べ6回くらいは利用させてもらってますが、子供たちを連れていくには最適のホテルだと思う。プールやビーチなどのホテル内のアトラクションや設備だけで十分満喫できる。 今回はドルが高すぎたので、ほぼホテル内で過ごしたが、十分みんな楽しんでくれた。 食費節約する為、レンチンごはんと魚のおかずを持ち込んだが、各棟に1台だけだけど電子レンジがあるので、それを使用すれば温かいごはんの食事ができます。 マイナス面は シャワーがちゃんと出なかったので、そこの整備をお願いできたらと思った。シャワーヘッドだけの問題かなあと。 注意点 歯ブラシなどのアメニティの設置がなくなっているので、注意。フロントに言えばくれます。 知らなかったので、1日歯ブラシなして過ごした汗 ホテルへお願い 電子レンジを各フロアに1台置いてもらえると嬉しい。 なんせ家族連れや団体で行くなら、ここがベストだと思います。 また行きます！”

“We stayed after the super Typhoon hit. Low water pressure. It has great AC. The staff was really helpful. ”

“The room price was fair. As soon as I entered my room, it had a sewage smell in the entrance and the smell got stronger throughout the night. I would probably not stay here again. But you can’t beat the price. I was only there for a couple of hours to rest and clean up before a flight.”

“台風の影響で帰国出来なくなり急遽泊まりました。最低限の設備はあり、泊まるだけならばありです。朝食付きにしましたが、意外と充実していました。”

“Th a/c runs properly during the typhoon. I give this review 3.5 out of 5 stars as it was missing indoor slippers, hardly hot water running, lamps not working properly and the ceiling have several dusts clinging on some areas.”

“バスタブが初日全く掃除して無かった。蛇口から水が出なかったから掃除が出来なかったのか。自分で洗って腰が痛くなりました。しかし2日目からは改善していた。部屋は広く眺望も良い。テレビはNetflixは未導入。衛星放送でNHKの番組は視聴可能。 フロントスタッフは丁寧な接客でした。タクシーも呼んでくださいます。 夕方から使えた特別フロアでのおもてなしのお料理やドリンクは中々美味しかったです。 ”

“The spaciousness of the room as well as its cleanliness. Being it’s a golf resort and the clubhouse was in a separate building, there was little to no foot traffic and minimal noise. Staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. The pool was not operational which attributed to the 4-star rating. ”
