A stylishly presented studio apartment set just a stones' throw from York Minster.

The first floor property is brand new and benefits from professional interior design throughout.

The open plan layout of the bedroom and living area doesn't disappoint. All stylishly put together and topped off with a wall mounted LCD TV.

The kitchen has all the amenities you could want and more including dishwasher, fridge and ice box compartment. The bathroom also comes with a walk in shower.

There isn't any parking with the studio but paid for parking is available very close by - please enquire for details.

Our stay in York

Great immaculate apartment , had everything you need in it.Maybe a couple of additions to the bathroom eg: non slip mat in shower and a couple of hooks on back of the door.We had a lovely time in York and had arrived early however we received a txt to say the apartment was ready early which was great! Such a clean comfy stay !

Perfect Location

This apartment is absolutely perfect for visiting York. The location is amazing! Just a few minutes walk into town and the train station is even within walking distance. The apartment has everything you need and is very comfortable. Even has a washing machine which was handy. The only small complaint we had was it could have been a bit cleaner with regards to the floors/dust. And the bed is not attached to the headboard so it moves when you sit on it. But overall, excellent stay and we would return again!

Great flat and location for short stay

Great flat for a short stay in York great location Had problems finding the flat but the stays York staff were very helpful when I called for help great team Pillows were lumpy when brought to there attention was replaced immediately The mattress needs replaced springs sticking out not comfortable Would like hooks in bathroom and the shower needs a mat Supermarket at the end of the street very handy for provisions Was disappointed with welcome pack not as good as I have had in other accommodations in York

Lovely but could be improved

Very lovely place, mostly as advertised and thoroughly enjoyed. There was an unsightly divan replacing the lovely bed frame seen in photos and as mentioned by other reviewers is not attached to the headboard. The mattress with springs poking out is the same, but they were to one side and didn’t really bother me that much, it wasn’t the best, but otherwise reasonably comfortable. On the bright side the lumpy pillows were changed very swiftly. A pot was broken on my arrival but was asked to pay for it despite the damage waiver I paid. We agreed it was not my fault, but still confused by the request even if it would have been my fault. Altogether a nice stay and would recommend with the mentions above.

A perfect location, minutes from the Minster but very peaceful and quiet.

The apartment is spacious and very well equipped. York Stays were very helpful & contacted the housekeeping team to allow us to drop our bags at the apartment before check in time. Much appreciated. The apartment was perfectly cleaned & beautifully presented for us. The bed is comfortable; kitchen very well equipped; shower room is spacious; & the property is secure. The best thing is being a 5 minute walk from the centre of York but the apartment is quiet & peaceful. There was no noise from traffic or neighbours & we slept with the balcony window open every night. It is a 10 minute walk from the rail station or there is car parking opposite the apartment (£13 per day). One of the best accommodations we have experienced in York.

Lovely place. Not as clean as I expected, lots of dust bunnies under the bed but other than that was in a good condition. Great location and staff are really helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay very quiet got a good night sleep. Very close to al the amenities as well. Only thing was when we leaned on the bed it moved across the floor the bed was not attached to the headboard.short stay

The apartment was in an excellent location in a modern building. It was clean and bright and I chose this particular apartment as I liked the interior. I had a good stay and felt I had chosen well and enjoyed my stay. However the bed moved around and I found out that it had not been attached to the headboard. It appeared that the cleaners had cleaned around it but not put it back correctly and the bed was the other way around. This could have been a safety hazard for somebody who had a bad back or other physical condition and marred the stay to be honest. Also in the Covid environment there was no hand gel and no antibacterial spray to clean the surfaces. There were no paper towels. I would have expected this in this current environment. There were minimal knives forks cups etc.The apartment was warm and cosy at times too hot but I could open the window to cool it down.

Lovely bolthole in central York

We loved staying here, it was very comfortable and perfect location. We mentioned we were vegan and they very kindly provided oat milk and some outstanding vegan chocolate for us. We would stay here again if it was better value for money but it was very expensive.
