Uno splendido appartamento spazioso con due camere da letto all'interno delle mura storiche della città di York a due passi dal fiume Ouse con vista sul fiume da entrambe le camere da letto e dal soggiorno. Arredato per fornire una vera casa da casa dovresti avere tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno. Una grande vetrata nel salone è il luogo perfetto per osservare il mondo che passa. C'è una grande TV a schermo piatto, un lettore DVD, Xbox 360 e una docking station per iPod Bose. La cucina completamente attrezzata ha tutto ciò che è necessario per le esigenze di self-catering e ha elettrodomestici di qualità. Recentemente rinnovato in tutto con mobili in rovere massello l'appartamento è immacolato presentato con tocchi aggiuntivi. La camera da letto principale ha un suggestivo letto a baldacchino in rovere massiccio e un bagno interno con doccia e scalda asciugamani. Il letto nella seconda camera può essere impostato come letto king size o letti singoli. Entrambe le camere hanno un ampio spazio di archiviazione. All was excellent . A nice touch was some basics left in the fridge and kitchen . A great welcome from Amanda . The location is 5 mins from the centre . The only negative was the noise late at night and early morning with trucks etc . If you’re a good sleeper there wouldn’t be a problem. Great view to the river from the lounge . Good communication with Elaine the owner .

The apartment was immaculately clean, and had everything that you could want for a lovely holiday. We were met as promised by the very nice keyholder, and everything was clearly explained to us. The location is brilliant, only a few minutes walk from all the main attractions in the city, and we had a great view over the river. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen nicely set up. It was very convenient having a safe parking space for the car, which we didn't need at all during our stay!

We had a lovely visit at Elaine's place in York. Her flat was very clean and tidy as well as had all the amenities we needed to make our stay enjoyable. I appreciate the extra care that Elaine arranged with Amanda for a meet and greet. , this helped our transition at the flat go smoother. Elaine answered all of my emailed questions promptly and thoroughly. I highly recommend Elaine's flat in York, excellent location and helpful to have dedicated parking. greet,

We had a fantastic time in York at this accommodation. It has everything that you will need I could even do a bit of baking. Very comfortable and so close to the Centre of town. Fantastic view out the window to the river as well. Highly recommend this one. Debbie Heck

Fantastic place for four plenty of space one en-suite one good size family bathroom with a great shower. Comfy lounge and well equipped kitchen ( not that we used it to many nice places to eat on the doorstep) will definitely look at this the next time we are in York

The location and secure off-street parking are big pluses for this property. Easy walking within the old city. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped. We did, however, have issues with hot water. The owner gave us a workaround which was partially successful. But showers were tepid at best for our last two days. Hopefully, this problem has been resolved.

Perfect apartment, perfect location, perfect experience. We greatly enjoyed our stay in York not only because we loved the city and people but because each day we could return to this roomy, comfortable, lovely apartment with a perfect view of the Ouse River to relax and recharge for the next day. The location could not be better and everything we wanted to see was within a 5-10 minute walk. Highly recommend!

Very well presented flat with lots of nice touch's such as milk , butter and jam waiting for our first morning! Every imaginable amenity in the flat and very clean. Central location but unfortunately some street noise at night from a pub across the river. Ok if you keep the windows closed.

We were two senior couples and found this apartment perfect for seeing York. We never moved our car from the car park and were able to walk everywhere. The apartment had everything we needed and was the perfect base to explore York. The elevator for us was a real plus.

Lovely apartment in great location. Easy checkin with secure parking. Bonus having access to the gardens as was beautiful weather. Everything very accessible for the city as minutes away from everywhere. Nice little extras too, such as toiletries, items in fridge plus fully equipped kitchen. Loved it!

As a family of 4, we were wanting for nothing from the apartment. The beds were soft, the showers strong, WiFi reliable, and the space was comfy. If by some freak of nature we’d been snowed in, there were nice, thoughtful extras to have kept us occupied. The location was perfect to shops and restaurants, with gated off-street parking and no worries. If we return to York, we hope we can stay again.

The apartment is extremely well appointed and was thoughtfully provided with milk, eggs, butter etc. Its location within easy walking distance of York's many attractions could not be bettered. We would not hesitate to re-book if we had the chance to return to York and are most grateful to our hosts for a thoroughly enjoyable stay.
