The Space:

Welcome to the Quality Suite, named after its cocoa mill history this apartment has been newly converted and finished to a very high standard.

It has everything you need for a comfortable and luxurious stay.



Complete with modern kitchen with all the essentials you need but also with the opportunity to enjoy all York has to offer with its fabulous bars, restaurants and cafes just a couple of minutes' walk away.



The beauty of this apartment is its peaceful ambience but still city centre.



FREE PARKING - We can now offer free, secure parking in the on-site, multi-storey car park!



The apartment is located on the first floor (which can be accessed by lift or stairs) the city view and river Foss is framed by the original brickwork, sympathetically restored from its warehouse past.



Enjoy soft, fluffy, hotel standard towels and toiletries in its brand new shower room.



There is a double bed and a sofa that can be turned into a bed.

For 3 or 4 guests the sofa bed linen is included, for 2 guests that wish to use it, there is an additional charge.



There is a Modern glass bar accompanied by plush leather bar stools to enjoy a drink.



On arrival you will feel right at home and have everything you need to re-energise from your journey with a good old Yorkshire tea or coffee and sit back and relax after a busy day sightseeing on the comfortable sofa.



The Quality Suite provides convenient access to York’s City Centre which is only a few minutes' walk away whilst providing a quiet and relaxing ambiance.



Fossgate is on the doorstep and offers numerous bars, cafes, restaurants and shops.
