Getting Around:

Being so centrally located, most areas of the city are easily explored on foot. Should you wish to rest your legs there are bus routes that service the nearby main road, and local taxi services. The main York Train Station, with links to other UK cities, is around a 25 minute walk away, or a short taxi ride.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay.



Hairdryer, vacuum, iron and ironing board are available.



Please note you must confirm your check in time at least 24 hours in advance of your arrival.



If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable.



Late check-in fees:

· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00 : £50.

· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00 : £75.



For security reasons:

· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.

· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.

The apartment itself was fine but the treatment we received from the company managing the property and liaising with us, in order to gain access etc. was appalling. The communication generally was very unsatisfactory. Messages through the app were not responded to. Phone and face to face communication from the person in charge of the apartments was akin to a grilling from the police. I would never go to Stay Zeni to rent an apartment again.
