Nice, big, clean and bright basement suite with private entrance and parking on the driveway right next to the entrance at the side of the house. Comfy beds with TVs in each room. Well equipped kitchen. Great stay overall!

The Basement Suite was very clean and nicely renovated. The kitchen was well stocked for baking and cooking (A large variety of utensils, pots, pans and lots of appliances). Nice bathroom, comfortable beds, large living area and TV. We appreciated the A/C system during our one week stay (there were several 30 plus degree days). Being, Seniors we did have some trepidation uses the 12 up and down stairs without a side hand rail for support. The parking was very good and the Wifi was a real plus. Overall we had a pleasant stay / it did feel like a home away from home.

Parking was easy. I didn't need to cook, but if I did, there were plenty of pots & pans. Love that there was a bath tub, as I stayed in Yorkton because of the long days. Host was great about adjusting check out too. Was heading out at 8, but not leaving town until the afternoon. We met in the middle.

Comfortable stay and mostly clean (floors just had some chip crumbs left but clean bedding and bathroom). Overall it was a decent place to stay. The main downside was that you can hear the guests staying on the main floor talking and walking around.

Without a doubt a fantastic stay. Great location and a lovely and bright basement suite. Well appointed with great amenities, we felt very comfortable. The host was excellent as they accommodated our last minute needs. We are very thankful to have stayed here and recommend it to anyone.

Perfect place for travelling with a family. My husband and I just used it as a hotel room but would like to bring family and grandkids. Lots of room to move around, kitchen is great and location was quiet and convenient. If returning to town again next year, definitely plan on booking again.

Well Appointed Apartment.

Nice to have coffee at the house in the morning before going to visit family. Shower was great, lots of hot water and towels. Didn't spend much time here mostly slept and showered. Nice to have driveway parking.

The Lux Den was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made my stay feel comfortable and relaxing.
