“The worst hotel I have ever been to! There was used condom, bug, spiders and, hair and what not”

“Staff, as always try their best. Unfortunately this property needs a lot of maintenance and it is long overdue for some new towels, sheets, comforters and some renovations. “A nice stay for the price. The pool is small but clean and a great amenity to have during our stay. Clean rooms, but hot water was inconsistent in the shower. Overall a good stay. We would stay here again.”

“You would never stay here once you see how filthy the rooms are. As soon as I opened the door, I was greeted by bugs and cockroaches running in bathroom and on the beds as well. The room looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in years. “More comfortable bed especially the pull out couch.. review said king and queen bed but the couch is actually a pull out bed so I had to sleep in living room. If it says queen and king size bed like the pictures say, then it should only be two beds.”

“Some of the surfaces in our room were sticky and there was a dirty washcloth hanging over the shower rod when we entererd. Cigarette butts littered the ground around the stairs and room entrances. The location is very convenient to Colonial Williamsburg, restaurants, and other attractions, and the staff members were responsive and helpful, but overall the facilities are worn and rather dingy.
