Half Dome Haven is a private, cozy forest studio nestled among tall Sierra Nevada pines at Yosemite West — one of the only residential communities located within the park boundary. Step outside onto your private deck and you`re surrounded by trees, birdsong, and mountain air. Yosemite Valley is a 20–25 minute drive away. Glacier Point is 15–20 minutes. You`re already in the park before you even start the car.
The space
An open-plan studio designed for couples, small families, or groups of up to 4. Warm wood-toned ceilings, a queen bed, full kitchen, private bathroom, and your own deck with outdoor furniture for morning coffee or evening stargazing.

Yosemite West sits inside the park boundary, which means your vehicle is already past the entrance gate for your entire stay. No daily reservation queues. No entrance-line waits at 7am. Just drive out to the valley, hike, explore, and come home to your cabin in the forest.

Good to know
This is a mountain property inside a national park. Exterior stairs lead to the entrance. Snow and ice are common in winter — AWD or 4WD and chains may be required per park regulations. Wildlife is active in the area; please do not leave food outside. Quiet hours are 10pm–8am in respect of the residential neighborhood.
Maximum occupancy: 4 guests. Queen bed sleeps 2; air mattress (on request) sleeps 2 additional. Check-in: 3:00 PM. Check-out: 10:00 AM.
