“Ottimo il personale della reception. Noi abbiamo usufruito solo del pernottamento e il bistrot non lo abbiamo visto spesso aperto. Camera con vista purtroppo ridipinta di recente, difficile ignorare l'odore… La struttura dispone anche di palestra e centro benessere, che però non abbiamo provato. Il parcheggio privato non è molto grande e la pendenza può creare qualche difficoltà nelle manovre, ma è possibile anche parcheggiare gratuitamente su strada. A breve distanza si trovano negozi,...

“Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per tre notti. Viaggiavo da sola alla ricerca di una stanza da affittare a Cardiff. La camera e i bagni(in comune) erano puliti, il personale discreto e gentilissimo. “La Struttura e un po datata ma funzionante e funzionale, le camere sono ampie e dotate di tutto cio che serve, la mia non aveva il frigorifero e l'armadietto era piuttosto piccolo. Molto vicino a Cardiff Bay area, raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti. La colazione e varia e ricca (15 pounds ad adulto). ”

“All the staff were very friendly and everywhere was clean and tidy. If you were later than 09.00 am for breakfast, the choice was not so good than if you had turned up earlier, that was our feeling. The Saturday evening meal was not totally satisfactory because there was not enough staff and we booked a table at 20.30 but did not eat until 21.45. The server did his best but was over powered with the demands of trying to keep up with the orders. Maybe the kitchen staff were understaffed as...
