“Overall, great experience. Love the community area which is very cozy and clean. Staff is very friendly. Room is nice and spacious with onsen bath. Buffet is good, although I wish they could offer more varieties since it's basically the same menu everyday. Parking is a little bit far from the property, about 3 minutes walk. Location is good, an easy walk to either direction of the Tozan Train stations.”

“We had an excellent relaxing visit in Hakone at the Prince Hotel. The Japanese bath is exceptionally beautiful, has an outdoor tub from which the sunrise over the mountains can be seen. We enjoyed the extensive breakfasts- don't pass them up. We don't golf or play tennis, but used this resort setting as a base for sightseeing and hiking the region's mountain trails.”

“We were on our honeymoon and when we told them they upgraded us to a jr suite. The view of the hotel is beautiful, actually the only place we got to see Mt. Fuji from, because of all the clouds and fog. The only thing bad to say about the hotel is that there is not much around it for places to eat especially breakfast, which for us was a bit to expensive €20 in two. We found a place called Bakery and Table i think in Moto-Hakone-ko close to the bus station. But beautiful view and great hotel!”
