“オールインクルーシブでお酒飲み放題なのは良かったですし、温泉も満足できました。 建物や部屋はかなり年季を感じますが、清掃はきちんとされていて、不快感はありませんでした。部屋も広めです。 一方で、食事は種類こそ多いものの、ファミリー向けの内容が中心で、一品ごとの質や特別感はやや物足りなく感じました。 子供連れや学生グループには楽しみやすいホテルだと思いますが、落ち着いた食事や上質さを求めるシニア層には少し合わないかもしれません。 個人的には「一度行けば十分かな」という印象でした。”

“The room was beautiful and the private onsen is great for those who have tattoos that cannot be covered up. The rooms were spacious and the welcome snacks were delicious.”

“This is our first experience at a Japanese style hotel, ryokan. The overall stay was excellent as expected. The menu in their buffet (all you can eat) looked good, though we could go over most of menu items, too many items. The ones we tasted were excellent. We liked the variety of desserts served. We must mention that staff services were excellent in every aspect.”

“Very nice “classic” style older hotel kept up very well. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the view of the gorge (river) was great, and the dinner and breakfast absolutely delicious. Unfortunately I have a tattoo that is bigger than “one point” (palm size) so was not able to use the onsen. I wish the hotel would reconsider tattoo policy because it is so common for people from all countries including Japan to have tattoo art. This is the only reason why I could not give overall 5 stars.”

“The property was great and the beds were SOOO COMFORTABLE!!! There is a grocery store and drug store less than 5 mins away. This was a perfect place for our family and we look forward to visiting again. ”

“Had our own onsen in our suite. Kaiseki breakfast and dinner was excellent along with friendly staff. Location right next to suspension bridge, excellent coffee across the street at Luna. We rented a car, hotel had free parking across the street.”

“Lovely space. Very large buffet for dinner and breakfast with a mix of mostly Japanese and some western foods. Afternoon tea was appreciated by hungry family after hiking that day. “平日利用でしたが、露天風呂の表面にゴミ(落ち葉や虫では無い)が浮遊しており、非常に残念だった。 ウェルカムドリンクや、食後にアルコールが飲み放題、締めのラーメンなどのサービスは非常に良かった。朝夕のビュッフェは普通でした。”

“職員有禮態度親切，前台職員也有台灣和中國藉的員工幫忙和招待，房間整潔，連住兩晚早餐晚餐菜色都不一樣，食物質素不錯；想坐鬼怒川遊船但要早上08:30電話預約，因不懂日語要求職員幫忙，職員都盡力不停打電話幫忙預約，十分感激🙏對酒店質素和整體員工表現十分滿意！服務超出預期！十分開心”
