“We were not expecting this place to be as great as it is. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurants were unexpectedly good with great food and views of the mountain. The onsen was a great experience. Just be prepared to have your Western views about nudity challenged (the onsen is nude only. No bathing suits allowed). Just one thing, the staff will tell you the in-suite onsen takes 20-ish minutes to cool down to a temperature that won't scald you. It was closer to an hour. ”
“This is the third time i stay here. First time was in 2019, stayed for a couple of weeks. Fast forward to this year, front desk lady Carrie still recognized me! Staff here all speak very good English. Lobby and common area always kept clean. Beds are comfortable and firm. ”

"Very good hotel. Room very big , silence and clean as well as the bathroom . Nice sauna and swimmjng pool ( but only indoor ) . Very good breakfast ( you can have a complete meal ) but no much sweet food .
Location excellent . Just in front of mtr station and always taxi out of the main entrance . Many restaurants and shops in the area including a 7/11 convinient store just beside . Very nice , professional and helpful hotel staff. "
