“The hotel is in a small mall, in an area where north African people seems to be prevalent. The place is clean, shops close early and there are no noisy spots. My wife and I never felt unsafe.
The place is about half way between the Shiphol airport and the city center; bus 369 goes to airport, tram 17 goes to city center; both journeys requiring about 40 minutes.
Rooms are very small, exactly as advertised; breakfast is continental (no eggs), but pleasant, with bread, meat, pastries, juice,...

“The hotel is a very good family hotel where children can have a lot of fun, the play area is majestic!
The reception staff instead completely inefficient, they did not provide us with an extra blanket because they did not have the hotel being full and in the end the hair dryer did not work, I went down with wet hair at 10 in the evening and they replied that they had no others and could not do anything, I raised my voice because such a thing is unacceptable and by chance a new hair dryer came...
