“Booked last minute to stay for our anniversary but was not told upon check in that there was no hot water in the hotel and was also told there was nothing they were going to do about it when I asked to speak to a manager. I was told it was to late (9pm) and that I just needed to go to my room and wait until the next day when a maintenance staff member would be available. “This was my first time staying at Drury Inn Suites. I was very pleased! All of the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was very impressed with the breakfast and dinner.
