Case rurali a Zandvoort

“The hotel is a very good family hotel where children can have a lot of fun, the play area is majestic! The reception staff instead completely inefficient, they did not provide us with an extra blanket because they did not have the hotel being full and in the end the hair dryer did not work, I went down with wet hair at 10 in the evening and they replied that they had no others and could not do anything, I raised my voice because such a thing is unacceptable and by chance a new hair dryer came...

“The best place the staff is so friendly”

“Gut wie immer”

“Unstaffed and poor communication throughout especially for a four star expensive boutique hotel.”

“Perfect bedroom but coffeecorner was in the hallway, no reception. Bed was perfect, clean room perfect bathroom. But we paid almost 300 euro’s for 1 night, and that is a little bit too much.”

“Nice rooms and everything went fine. Very clean and comfortable. Easy access via phone app. We booked via the website, which was confusing in communication. A second part of the payment should have been made before arrival, but the only information about that reached us just on the check-in time itself.”

“Kleine maar nette kamer. Goed bed, airco, ligging ok. Geen mogelijkheid opbergen kleding. Wel aan de prijs. Personeel zeer hulpvaardig en vriendelijk.”

“Extremly bad Fake info on the website”

“Es war schrecklich”

“An absolutely beautiful apartment, very well furnished and appointed. It's about 10 - 15 mins walk from the town centre, railway station and beaches. It was a lovely place to stay. We visited Amsterdam, Leiden and Haarlem, great days out but very happy to come home to Zandvoort an See”
