“Hot tub is wonderful, although we didn’t use it due to being so busy fishing. The property is pet friendly. There is plenty of stuff to do around the home. The lake is not far. There is a good pizza place and some stores within 5 minutes of the place. There is plenty of supplies there at the home also. They keep it very equipped with dishes, cooking materials, and towels. I would come back.”

“Quaint little house. Nothing fancy but comfortable. Had a little musty smell. We opened the windows to let it air out but a small dehumidifier would help eliminate this issue. Just a few minutes from River Greens Golf Course. Walking distance to Rainbow Hills which is a nice little restaurant and brewery/winery. Short drive to Historic Roscoe Village which has lots of little shops, restaurants, and art galleries. Would stay here again. ”

“The cottage was so very charming and it definitely felt one stepped back in time! THe location was superb. Wonderful positive surprises (did not pick up fully in the listing) included the gas powered fireplaces (there are two!) and cozy, private garden patio in back. One item I missed on the listing was that there was only one Bath/shower and it was on the main floor - not where the bedrooms are located - that said, the water was hot and there were plenty of cushy towels! The other concern was...

“A fantastic getaway for large families! This home offers a beautiful, secluded setting where you can truly enjoy nature. The interior is incredibly spacious, featuring a large kitchen and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Although we traveled without our pets this stay, the pet-friendly policy is a huge plus. Highly recommended for anyone needing a quiet, comfortable retreat.”
