Hotel was so unwelcoming, we left shortly after check-in. The room had a very unpleasant stale odor, the t.v. was broken, the beds were old and saggy, and no soap in bathroom (lack of any amenities). We left so hastily we did not ask for a refund. We would appreciate a complete refund of all charges.

We noticed they are in the process of updating - replacing the carpet as we were there. But our goal is always just a clean, quiet room with a perfect start of the day breakfast. NAILED IT!! We will be back.
