Overall bad experience since check in, we had to come back to reception 3 times before getting everything properly, such as wifi card, towels, safe key. At least they allowed us with an early check in. Do not book all inclusive formula since it's a cheat. Even tanzania beer such as serengeti or kilimanjaro are not included, they just serve another beer included. In the room you will find 2 little bottles of water (200ml each). Choose if you want to drink or have a coffee. I live in Tanzania and I don't have problem with teeth washing, but I can immane tourists how can manage the task. You can even not take to your room the water left on lunch or dinner, it's not allowed and they collect all bottles from the tables. I think they prepare coffee or tea with that.
All the waiters and cookers very friendly and always kind and welcoming.
The beach plot is very nice as well. Unfortunately many bad services lead us to leave without great memories of this place for our short holidays.
