“It wasnt the worst. did I consider losing the money I paid for the night and go get a hotel room somewhere else? yes. we ended up staying because it was very close to the concert venue. Very Very small. Mattress still had original plastic bag it was delivered in on it. HARD mattress. like sleeping on a rock that's been put in a plastic bag. not the best area. we only needed the place to sleep and it was not worth what we paid for a very crappy night of sleep on an incredibly uncomfortable bed.”

The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, and the owner was responsive when I had questions, which I appreciated.The house has plenty of space and the layout matched the listing. That said, the interior is more worn than the photos suggest. The carpets have visible staining, some walls and doors show patched areas or small holes, and most walls looked dingy overall.
