“الفندق جميل ومخصص للاطفال من الدرجة الاولى حيث توجد اماكن مخصصة للاطفال في كل مكان بالفندق ويشمل حديقة لطيفة للعب الاطفال وايضا الديكورات والجو العام للفندق تشعر انك داخل مدينة العاب ويوجد بوفية للاطفال ، العيب الوحيد للفندق انه يبعد عن بحيرة زيلامسي حوالي كيلو ٢ كيلو ولا يوجد تكيف بالغرف لذا يرجى التأكد من درجة الحرارة قبل النزول بالفندق”

“The hotel was in a good location. The service staff, particularly the receptionist and restaurant staff were not friwndly or accommodating. We had purchased breakfast with our room reservation. When we checked we were told breakfast was available till 11 am. We came to the restaurant at 10.35 am were curtly told that breakfast was done, though we could have coffee. The staff the. “The staff were super friendly. Breakfast offered a good variety and there was an omlette station! Hotel is definitely going for a classic Bavarian look which I quite liked. Some upgrades would be appreciated like newer TVs with smart cast. Be careful in the shower, it's only a pane of glass and it's easy to get water everywhere. Our room had a forest view which was nice and quiet.”
