“The hotel is situated in a secluded part but close enough to the stateline. My wife and I stayed for only 1 night but we loved the amenities within the room, and quaintness of the property. The best thing is that communication is extremely fast with the property representatives, and you have keyless/cordless access to the units. ”

“Outside appearance not great but our little room was clean and comfortable. Queen bed, bathtub to soak after skiing, microwave and fridge all included. Had to do the check in at a different hotel but it was only 2 hotels over. Ate at an excellent pizza place right across the street. Good food and service.”

“Great place. Fun game room with pool table. Well-equipped kitchen. Nice hot tub and plenty of bathrooms. Need to bring own soap/shampoo. Super market within a mile on main road-close to S Lake Tahoe if you like that. Multi-levels, so if steps are a problem, not your place, but no problem for us.”

“We wanted to stay in the snow and we got a storm on our third day there so all was white. Just what we wanted. The place is nice and we had a good time. Cooked orange rolls, raisin bread and watched a lot of movies. We did some hiking before the storm and some tubing after the storm. We also finished a large completed puzzle. Just a nice week of relaxing.”

“Fantastic House , awesome amenities, beds comfy , lots of rooms for a family of 7 with Child , hot tub and Pool table such a bonus , Will definitely return - great location , 10mins Drive to heavenly Village and Casino , kids got to board, and snow mobile , tubing very close From the property. “Loved the location of this property. Very convenient to Stateline & Incline Village. The house itself had a great layout. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need to make a meal. The living room was spacious & comfy. The bedrooms were large. We found someone’s glasses in one of the beds so we did wonder if the sheets had actually been changed from the previous guests. I would be happy to stay here again.”

“We loved our stay at Kenny's home in Incline! We were there for our micro-wedding in Tahoe so we needed a rental that was going to accommodate our family and friends. Unfortunately, the jets of the hot tub didn't work during our stay but Kenny called us and tried to get it fixed. It was just a bigger issue that needed parts ordered. Otherwise, everything was great!”

“Property is in solid location, very convenient, and has some nice amenities. Biggest gripe comes in parking; garage door was not operating and there are VERY few non-garages spots leaving me to park in a grocery store parking lot nearby many evenings. I was using the property a week and there was no change in this issue for the entirety of the stay.”
