    Welcome to Gabriel's Getaway, a newly remodeled 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home located in the private Skyland community in Zephyr Cove, Nevada. This spacious home is perfect for families and groups looking for a comfortable Lake Tahoe getaway with access to a private community beach.

    The Home
    The home features a spacious layout with comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 10 guests:
    ✦ 2 King beds
    ✦ 1 Queen bed
    ✦ Bunk beds with 2 twin beds, 1 Queen in the kids' room
    ✦ 2.5 bathrooms
    ✦ Commercial-style stove for those who love to cook
    ✦ Central heating
    ✦ Gas fireplace in the living room
    ✦ Smart TVs in every bedroom — streaming services only
    ✦ Fenced backyard
    ✦ Outdoor furniture for enjoying the summer months
    ✦ Private access to the Skyland community beach
    The home is conveniently located near Highway 50, making it easy to explore Lake Tahoe and the surrounding area. Please note that because of its proximity to the highway, some road noise may be noticeable, particularly at certain times of the day.

    Outdoor Space & Beach Access
    Enjoy the fenced backyard and outdoor furniture during the warmer months. Guests also have access to the private Skyland community beach, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful waters of Lake Tahoe.

    House Rules

    ✦ Maximum of 4 vehicles. Please park only in designated areas.
    ✦ Maximum occupancy: 10 guests.
    ✦ No parties or gatherings. Celebrations, events, or gatherings are not permitted at any time.
    ✦ No smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
    ✦ No pets.
    ✦ Quiet hours: 9 PM–8 AM. Please be respectful of the neighborhood and avoid excessive noise during these hours.
    ✦ Responsible guest: The primary renter must be 25 years or older and must provide a photo ID, credit card, and signed rental agreement before check-in.
    ✦ Rental agreements must be signed within 48 hours of booking.
    ✦ Guests will be directed to a portal to sign the agreement and access their digital guidebook.

The house was exactly as advertised. Fully stocked, clean and very comfortable for a family of 9. The private beach is close and convenient. We will definitely be back for another stay.

Plenty of space for 4 adults. Updated appliances and plenty of parking. Quick drive to town. Check in procees was easy and without complication. Would definitely stay again.

Our experience at this property was absolutely wonderful. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. The amenities were fantastic, and the kitchen appliances are top notch! The bunk beds were perfect for our kiddos and they loved them! The location was ideal, and the hosts were responsive and welcoming. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend!

We stayed for two nights and absolutely loved it! The home was brand new inside, beautifully done, and had all the amenities we could ask for. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made it easy to cook and enjoy our time in. The beds were super comfortable and absolutely loved the linens provided. The management company was very responsive. We also loved the neighborhood for our evening walks to the private beach to watch the sunset over the mountains. This home is quiet, welcoming, and conveniently located, we can’t wait to come back and visit again!

Beautiful Place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this vacation rental place for 3 nights. The place is clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The only issue was the water heater was not working when we arrived. The property management arrived the next morning to get it working. Overall, everything we needed was there. We’d definitely consider staying here again and would recommend this place to others.
