  • Casa bifamiliare "Lauberhaus", antica, rustica, semplice su 2 piani. Nella frazione Oberdorf, a 800 m dal centro di Zermatt, posizione tranquilla, esposizione sud. Nella casa: riscaldamento centralizzato. Supermercato 650 m, ristorante 200 m, bar 250 m, panetteria 400 m, 10 minuti a piedi dal centro, fermata bus "Matterhorn Glacier Paradise" 450 m, stazione ferroviaria "Bahnhof Zermatt" 800 m. Funivia, noleggio sci 500 m, fermata ski bus, scuola di sci, scuola di sci per bambini 450 m. Prego notare: no ascensore.
    Apt. di 3 locali 65 m2, al piano sottotetto. In parte mansardato, arredamento molto semplice: soggiorno/sala da pranzo altezza del soffitto 150 - 180 cm con tavolo da pranzo, TV, impianto stereo e DVD. Uscita sul balcone, esposizione sud. 2 camere matrimoniali mansardate piccole, ogni camera con 2 letti (90 cm, lunghezza 200 cm). Cucina (3 punti cottura, forno, tostapane, bollitore elettrico, congelatore, macchina da caffè elettrica, set per raclette, set per fondue (formaggio)) con tavolo da pranzo. Doccia/WC. Balcone, esposizione sud. Mobili da balcone. Bella vista sul Cervino. A disposizione: asciugacapelli. Internet (wifi, gratis). Prego notare: appartamento per non fumatori. Il WC è vicino alla porta dell'appartamento al piano privato (non nell'appartamento).

adorable place

super fun place, definitely not for tall people! The bedroom ceilings and doors are very short. This place was incredibly cute and well supplied. It even had umbrellas that we needed during a rainstorm! Great atmosphere, great location, and easy to get the keys.

Enchanted hobbit cave

Great location, authentic attic of old house, very quiet and comfortable in spite of low ceilings, head bashing doorways and bathroom in hallway outside of suite. Very friendly hosts. Those who will love this will be very happy. Those who seek our modern characterless condo will not.

Wir mögen kleine, gemütliche und originelle Ferienwohnungen, daher also auch diese. Alles im original 70er Jahre Look, Küche aber neu. Man muss aber sagen: nix für Leute, die über 180 gross sind. Deckenhöhe und Türhöhen um 150 cm sind echt gefährlich, man holt sich Beulen. Die Treppen hoch sind eher Leitern. Und für 4 echt ein bisschen klein. Wie gesagt, muss man mögen. Die Aussicht ist aber toll! Die Lage auch.

The view is excellent and not too far from the ski lift. However, apartment came with basically no salt, pepper, or oil or butter to cook with. No instructions regarding where to get more garbage bags were given until I got in touch (it took over a day to respond to us). There were not enough dishwasher tablets for our stay (2 short). No shower gel or shampoo was provided either. And only 1 roll of toilet paper for 3 people for a week. So overall nice apartment with low ceilings and not super private because a curtain separated you from the lower level.

Dream apartment in Zermatt. With caveats.

Wonderful 200 years old building in prime Zermatt location—close to town square, downtown, and chairlifts—yet quiet at night. Good balcony with gorgeous view of the Matterhorn. Good layout with good living space and kitchen. Onsite owner was a charm. However... Low ceilings and doorways. Each of us cracked our heads pretty hard at least once with several more less serious encounters. We’re 5’11” and 5’7”—if you’re tall be forewarned. Hot water can be dangerously scalding hot, so be careful. Separate locks for outside and apartment entry. In case of emergency, you could easily find yourself locked inside the building. But we made a plan and hopefully it would’ve worked. All in all, if you’ve ever wanted to visit Zermatt and live like a local, then consider Apartment Lauberhouse.

Good property with minor cons

Good location and not far from lifts however, lacked certain key things such as shower gel, enough dishwasher tablets, no directions on where to get trash bags. Low ceiling and not a lot of privacy because apartment is separated by curtain from the area below.

Veille maison avec charme et très belle vue sur le Cervin et bonne literie. En revanche, l'état du mobilier est en mauvais état, la hauteur des portes est très basses et même dangereuse, car on se tape la tête...

Perfect location with an amazing view

Our family of 4 stayed here for 3 nights. The space was the perfect size for our family since the one bedroom has two single beds for our kids and the other bedroom has a larger bed for us. The kitchen has everything you need plus more with a spacious fridge and even a dishwasher. Tons of pots, pans, and silverware so we were able to save a lot of money by stocking up at the grocery store and cooking meals. The views from the apartment are unbelievable and the neighborhood is very quiet.

Enchanted hobbit cabe

Dont come here if you are looking for a characterless modern tourist confo. Come here if you are looking for an enchanted attic lovers retreat with an amazing view of the Matterhorn. Space is a bit challenging with steep steps, low doorways, bathroom in the hallway, etc. But it will grow on you. We loved it!

More Disclosure.

Two sets of stairs to enter the unit then a ships ladder to the unit. Doorway from kitchen to living area only 5 foot 6 inches in height. Doorways to bedrooms only 5 foot 0 inches in height. Unit cluttered. Kitchen is very limited.

Einfache, aber charmante und gut ausgestattete Wohnung

Eine sehr gemütliche, charmante und gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Die Lage ist für Zermatt top, fußläufig erreichbar sowohl die Talstation Glacier paradise als auch die Geschäfte in der Bahnhofsstraße. Für Menschen größer als 1,90 könnten die niedrigen Decken insbesondere in den Schlafzimmern allerdings anstrengend sein... Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Aus meiner Sicht eine sehr gute Lage der Wohnung in der Nähe der Bergbahn und der Geschäfte. Alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr zweckmäßig ausgestattet und hat einen tollen Blick aufs Matterhorn. Ist aber aus meiner Sicht für den Preis zu klein, zu alt mit zu niedrigen Deckenhöhen und Türen. Permanent gebückte Haltung notwendig und Kopfstoßen nicht vermeidbar. Sehr schmale unsere steile Treppen. Ich denke woanders bekommt man mehr fürs Geld. Aber vielleicht muss das in Zermatt

Zermatt

Die Fewo versprüht historischen Charme, ist ganz aus Holz, mit schönen antiken Möbeln und sehr gutem, modernem Küchengerät. Den Preis der Fewo fanden wir sehr teuer, aber für Zermatter Verhältnisse noch im Rahmen. Allein der Balkonblick auf das Matterhorn war schon den Urlaub wert!

Traditionelles Haus in guter Wohnlage

Man wohnt in einem noch etwas urspruenglichen Teil von Zermatt, wir waren damit sehr zufrieden. Die Sicht auf das Matterhorn ist atemberaubend. Ausserdem blickt man von der Wohnung aus ueber das ganze Dorf.

Nous avons adoré la simplicité, le cachet, l' emplacemement. Rustique et dans son jus. Tout à fait ce que nous aimons.Une vue à couper le souffle sur le Cervin.
