For the technical issue of the light switches, which is a one-time case, we truly apologise. We do indeed not have any air conditioning at the hotel. In Zermatt, being a ski resort with an elevation of 1600m, we usually experience mild summers. We would have been pleased to borrow you an fan right away upon request.
