The sevice has large room for improvement, the check in was terrible that I booked 2 rooms but could only get one while I checked in. I had to wait more than one hour to get all my rooms ready. And the breakfast was overcrowded, and the outdoor pool was closed, and the in room services was terrible low speed. All and all, the stay was terrible

當天有旅行團在地下登記，他們10分迅速地安排到4樓幫我們做入住登記。服務態度10分好和親切。而且很清晰指導我們怎樣到創新方玩樂。房間10分寬闊和乾淨，感覺像入住了富豪套房一樣。創新方提供不同口味的菜式，水準亦10分高。如果小朋友喜歡各種探險活動，由酒店到活動場地只需10多分鐘，10分方便。
