“The breakfast was replenished the first morning. I think someone have to ask the second morning. The hot tub has awesome jets, but it could stand to be a little hotter. The staff was friendly and helpful overall. However, the cleaning staff did not replenish the shower gel, nor the bag for the ice bucket. Lastly, the parking lot is really tight - they should consider how they might expand it.”

“The area was nice. The cabinets were a little old and they need renovation. We had a good time. Just be aware that the Cabin ms are a little bit outdated.”

“The lodge was in the mountains about a mile from Ben Lomond. They had several options for eating and drinking, just not in the same location. Restaurant staff were very friendly & helpful. We had a coffee machine but no cups- it was easier & tastier to just buy their coffee. The WiFi information was non existent, even though they gave a log in code we never got connection. That’s not always a bad thing but good to share with others.”

“The room was clean but there was no soap or bodywash in the shower. The exterior was a bit dated but clean.”

“The rooms were clean, the staff were kind and accommodating. The pool on site was dirty and not well maintained (only criticism). Overall great place for the price.”

“This resort is fantastic! The room was spacious, beautiful, and very clean. We especially enjoyed the view of the woods, which made the stay feel peaceful and relaxing. The surroundings were lovely, and the overall atmosphere made for a great experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.”

“When we first pulled up we were a little concerned because it looks a little outdated but we were so relieved when we saw how clean it was inside and no carpet was a huge plus ! I would definitely come back”

“Staff was nice, rooms were clean except for the little seat by the tv where we put our luggage it was stained. Overall, nice convenient hotel right in the mist of all businesses for a layover, bed was comfortable too, and floors were clean.”
