“The food wasn’t very good. Good enough to get by for a short stay but that’s about it. Bar staff were great and prepared drinks quick but they were really lacking. Very basic. Cleaning staff were very nice but no extras in the room or mini fridge. No pool service for food or drink. Not a bad resort so long as you know ahead of time what you’re going to get. Check in and out were a breeze. Very uncomplicated, front desk staff were very prepared ”

“This property has great rooms with full kitchens. All the appliances that you would need for a vacation. The bar makes excellent margaritas and the staff is great.”

“The pool was enjoyable and the hotel is conveniently located. We upgraded our room because we would have been beside the road and I worried about noise. The upgrade was to a less modern room but oh well. The staff was great!!! ”

“The pool is fully shaded so a nice break from the sun as needed. A/C kept the room cool. A more rustic, authentic feel than a lot of newer places. Lots of beautiful plants around the property.”

“Todo muy bien ...he viajado a muchas franquicias y es muy buen nivel en todos los sentidos ..habia muchos comentarios negativos antes del viaje por otros clientes ,pero tambien hay que entender que hay formas de pedir , apoyar a los empleados con propinas , ellos tratan de hacer lo mejor y ese extra es justo ... hay temas para mejor como todo, hagan un mejor canal de comunicacion cliente- hotel , eso dara muchos datos para ir mejorando ...pero en general SI REGRESO ..”

“My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is slightly off the beaten path, which made it quiet and enjoyable for us. We walked to the beach and to “downtown” San Poncho every day. The restaurant at the hotel was wonderful we enjoyed amazing fresh fruit and delicious coffee every morning and we had dinner there one night as well, all were 10/10. The staff was lovely and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again. ”
