“It's the firs hotel in my life that I had to do my own check in on my phone! Including taking a picture of myself for the door to open, while the front desk person was busy playing word finder!!! The towels were dirty and had long hairs on them! I hope Expedia removes this hotel from their listing! And the neighborhood is the scariest I've ever seen!!!”

“Room not very clean! Internet didn’t work for the whole staying! Amenities are old! Sauna was closed and swimming pool full of leaves! Disaster”

“Bad Check-in process. No personal that speaks english”
