“Great location- in the heart of Uptown- convenient to a lot of restaurants and theater where we were able to walk to. There is a parking lot behind T-Mobile building right across the street on Emerson. 24 hours is $18 - with no in/out privileges- but we parked and walked the neighborhood- so good deal. The room itself was small- but comfortable. The bed was comfy- although there was no fridge in the room. Enjoyed the complimentary bar drink.”

“The atmosphere was awesome, very decorative and very well kept. One girl at the front desk named Patrick was awesome! He brought me a remote for my room and he even brought me a space heater b/c I was cold. The down side is they don’t have a microwave in the rooms nor do they have ice on the floors. Other than that it was great! I live that they had a shuttle to pick you up from the airport and take you places though. Overall it was a good stay.”

“The photos are deceiving. The building is run down and in need of a total renovation. The towels are filthy. Not sure exactly how they “wash” them, but every new towel we asked for had stains. I understand it’s probably not the staff’s fault, but their resources are just lacking—we felt bad for them. Housekeeping was also scarce—couldn’t even get out trash changed out after asking. Most of the time, staff couldn’t respond to us about getting the room cleaned or getting a new set of towels....

“Great surprise. I wasn’t expecting something so good, but I definitely got it. For the price, this hotel is amazing! Clean, quiet, and relatively safe. It’s not a Hilton that costs $700 a night, so it’s not glamorous but I felt safe, enjoyed the hot tub, and spent four days relaxing with my partner. That’s a win for me.”

“Had 3 adults 2 kids in a 2 room queen suit. With a queen pull out bed too.
The pull out bed was completly broken to pieces with crumbs and do Ritz crackers falling out. So unusable. Which we needed it, and only got that room because it "slept 6" 🙄 so instead my sitter slept on the couch which you would sink into without using pillows in the Crack.
Crumbs all over the floor, they never came to take out the garbage or give us new towels.
The restaurant connected to it was closed for the...
