“Clean room, got placed near the pool which wasnt preferred. The bed wasnt as comfortable and i wish there was a blanket instead of a thick sheet. If ur not staying for more than 2 days, its nt terrible.”

“Staff was rude! Found an employee coming out of our room with us knowing when we already had all of our stuff in the room, just because a previous guest thought they forgot something! ”

“High standard of quality and cleaning for the room and most areas. Food for breakfast was wide range, unfortunately majority of ultra processed food, healthy choices limited. Really kind and helpful staff. ”

“Nice property with a lovely outside area. There are chairs and a pool. They also have a basketball area. It’s one of the better outside areas I have seen in Irvine. This hotel is close to Food and shopping as well. Extremely nice staff at check in. Huge difference from the Homewood down the street. Great place for families.”

“If you are planning to use the sofa bed, don't bother—the mattress consists of nothing but springs and is painful to sleep on. They won't replace it, and it is simply horrible. The regular beds aren't quite as bad, but the mattresses are extremely soft; if you roll toward the edge, you'll end up on the floor.”
