“Clean room, nice friendly staff, easy check in and was in a quiet area”

“Stayed here recently, but unfortunately had issues with noise at night. Around 2–3 AM, it sounded like neighbors were working on or messing with a car, which made it very difficult to sleep. It didn’t seem like quiet hours were being enforced effectively. If you’re a light sleeper or traveling for rest, this could be a concern. Hoping management can address this for future guests.”

“Rooms very run down. Microwave was filthy. Furnishing looks like it's from the 60s. Lobby ice machine broken. Shower head not working/spraying properly. Housekeeping staff was friendly and did the best they could to address concerns.”

“Staff was really rude and she didnt acknowledge me or greet me she was on her phone all the time when she ask for my ID she hold my ID on her hand txt whoever she was and she finished sending that msg for her to give me my room.. no explanation at all of my staying told me my room number and grab back her phone slamming my ID back and she went back on her phone!”

“Staff was rude! Found an employee coming out of our room with us knowing when we already had all of our stuff in the room, just because a previous guest thought they forgot something! ”

“High standard of quality and cleaning for the room and most areas. Food for breakfast was wide range, unfortunately majority of ultra processed food, healthy choices limited. Really kind and helpful staff. ”

“breakfast sausage not so good. other eggs, meat, breads were good. There was a high school group using the pool during closing hours and left their garbage (neatly) in the diningroom garbage cans .. but it was a lot of garbage. our group of six seniors was treated somewhat rudely by the security guard. we were finishing a card game and cleaning up when he said "YOU NEED TO LEAVE NOW. People stay late in the diningroom and leave all kinds of mess" refering to the garbage we did not...

“Check in was subpar. No hotel information was offered. The vent in our bathroom was really dirty. The walls were very thin. The man in the adjacent room woke us at 4:30a because he was fighting via speaker phone with his girlfriend. I tried calling the front desk to have them address the situation. It took 15 minutes for them to answer the phone. ”

“Staff was very pleasant, and the rooms were very clean for the price I paid. The linens and sheets were very clean, and the room smelled very nice. Only slight downside is that parking can get a bit tight if you stay out too late, but overall I would stay here again!”

“Wed stay there again in a heartbeat. Easy walk to Sergestrom. Love rooms with a view of the lake ”
