“I booked a room last minute and I was very impressed. The young man that helped me at the front desk was very kind. The room was small but very clean with what looked to be new furniture. I absolutely loved the shower head in the bathroom. I had a room located at the back of the property and the parking lot was brightly lit and there wasn’t anyone lurking around. It felt pretty safe.”

“Staff was rude! Found an employee coming out of our room with us knowing when we already had all of our stuff in the room, just because a previous guest thought they forgot something! ”

“I had to wait over an hour for the checkin as the hotel could not find my reservation due to some issue. The hallway had a weird smell. The shower faucet kept dripping. The blankets felt wet.”

“We checked in the evening on Tuesday and the woman who helped us was very nice. I would say the pictures of the rooms were a little deceiving because they made the rooms look very modern and in a way they were, but the laminate flooring in our room was cracked and the bathroom had mildew stains. Beds were okay but the small pillows weren't very comfortable. We actually got a room that had 3 beds, 1 of the beds being in a separate room which was nice but that room also didn't have air...

“Starting off with the staff was really lovely. My child and I were given a room next to the hotel HVAC system, a giant unit which was right outside our balcony, it was so loud neither one of us got much sleep. The next morning we were surprised that the breakfast offerings were not that great either, no pancakes, waffles or bacon. We decided to cut our trip at this hotel short and find another option in the area.”
