“Ci occorreva una struttura vicino all'aeroporto che ci potesse accogliere anche in piena notte, data l'ora di arrivo del nostro volo, con servizio di transfer dal terminal, e Kesabella ci ha garantito tutto questo (transfer peraltro gratuito). Una sistemazione budget ma confortevole, abbiamo particolarmente gradito la colazione, che è stato un primo assaggio della cucina armena per noi”

I did hear (repeatedly) an ongoing alarm clock from another room in the middle of the night... but that is not the hotel's fault (I think). Overall, great experience.”

“The hotel room was really big, it just felt a little run down and dated. The hair dryer stopped working, the television didn’t work, the bed wasn’t very comfortable and had a bit of a plumbing issue. The staff were great and rectified the plumbing issue quickly. You could hear bricks underneath the carpet when walking, again maybe just an age thing. “This is a great resort with amazing kind staff. It has two pools. The indoor pool is open all year and the water is nice and warm. You can do lap swimming in one section and chill in the other. It has a Sauna, tons of gym equipment including table tennis tablesbl, exercise bikes etc. The cafe is open from 9 to 9 weekdays and 10 AM to 9 PM on weekends. They got fresh carrot, strawberry, kiwi etc. smoothies. The rooms are super clean and they provide room service each day with a full size fridge...

“Good location Clean Just in Armenia doesn’t have hospitality! Missed an item there and they didn’t help and no answer to many massages I sent! They didn’t help to get taxi and said right way to get to another hotel! I think we don’t want visit this country anymore. They just think about money money more money”
