Stayed here for a couple of days earlier this month. Service was terrible, no courtesy towards customers, stuff aren’t professional (except employees who worked at the bar, they were great). Tried calling room service, room dining and front desk on different occasions, never once my calls were answered during this stay. Wouldn’t recommend this property at all.

Fotos in der Webseite täuschen. Das Badezimmer ist so klein dass man sich nicht zu zweit aufhalten kann. Sie müssen erst die Türe zumachen um an die Toilettenschüssel heran zu kommen. So eng is das! Beim Frühstücken hatten wir mehrfach unsauberes Geschirr. An der Kaffeemaschine habe ich eine Tasse gegriffen dass unübersehbar dreckig war mit getrockneter Kakaomasse. Anscheinend wird das Geschirr unkontrolliert aus der Maschnie direkt herausgegeben. Für den offenen Parkplatz werden 35 CHF täglich gefordert. Bei dem Namen Hilton erwartet man einen höheren Anspruch auf Dienstleistung. Für mich nicht empfehlenswert!

Not the hotel for an airport transfer.
Some of the rooms (mine) are a very long walk from the lobby, past conference rooms being set up for a Christmas party. Room had missing light bulb and stopper in sink wasn't attached properly. When we went to the restaurant to get dinner we were asked if we had a reservation, something I have never heard of at an airport hotel. We were seated however after a few moments. Another pair were turned away it seemed and it was never even half full. The shuttle costs 6chf to leave the hotel so you are kind of trapped. Please note if the shuttle is full you just have to wait and fight to be first in line for the next one. They will refund your ticket price and call a cab for you but that is at your own expense.

For the exorbitant price and the Hilton name, expected much more. It seemed like there were several sides of the hotel - I was put in the more run-down and remodeled part of the hotel - which was dated and simply an older hotel remodeled. Stay was very average and acceptable, but the pictures misdirect you. Breakfast was $39 pp and was below average.

Vi havde kun en enkelt (og meget dyr) overnatning på meget få timer pga aflyst fly. Jeg var ikke imponeret af Hilton hotellet og synes ikke helt det levede op til prisen, men der var en seng og et bad og det var alt vi skulle bruge. Fællesarealerne virkede fine og store og er sikkert et godt sted til konferencer pga beliggenheden.

Very disappointed as I am a big Hilton fan. Very old property with tiny rooms and tiny bathrooms that one can’t even move in the shower. Dirty bath tub with mildew spots made it a bit disgusting to have a Shower. Staff was nice and friendly. Floors are super noisy. With people moving stuff at 1 am.

The property was fine but there was no person to help with the luggage. Since it’s right next to the airport the hitel guests might have several heavy pieces which need help. The manager finally helped us.

Great hotel, located close to Zurich Airport. Easily accessible via Uber/Taxi. The free shuttle from the airport is great, it arrives right on time. There is also a shuttle from the hotel to the airport (which costs 6 euros, you have to get a ticket from the front desk), which is also super convenient.

Ser bra ut på bilder men ikke bra i virkeligheten.
Ser bra ut på bilder men er langt ifra så bra i virkeligheten. Virker som man går inn i et hotell som har stått stille siden 90tallet. Trenger definitivt oppussing. Rommet hva ikke klart når vi ankom. Sko vært klart klokken 14:00. Vi ankom 17:00 da hva ikke rommet klart. Skulle egentlig ha ankomet klokken 10:00. Så det og ikke ha hotel rom før klokken 20:00 blir for sent. Renhold kunne hvert bedre, skitten vask og dusj vinduer. Ellers helt ok frokost.
