“Great location in wells, ample parking outside the pub. Excellent and helpful staff. Clean and cool room (great air conditioning in this weather).. There was a pub quiz in the evening, great food, and the breakfast was wholesome and hearty’ The only issue was the smell from the bathroom (likely the sewage).”

“Plenty of parking available and easy to find. Staff were friendly and breakfast was nice, however our room had a strong smell of dog and wasn’t the cleanest. Areas of the pub look like they need a freshen up and they definitely need to hoover the hallways more as there was plenty of dog hair everywhere! Probably wouldn’t stay again for this reason.”

“This is a great venue if you wish to be off grid lifestyle. For us it didn’t quite meet our needs as our dog couldn’t manage the staircase & although we thought we had a shower and separate bathroom we only had a bath. Hot water is at a premium here we found & lacking in water pressure. But truly a great venue if you wish to unplug, & chill. One recommendation I would make, to help dogs relax. Is to the make the gardens private with privacy screens. The dog next door was barky & uneasy...
