“We had a sea view en suit room - but unfortunately, was not aware that we would have 6 flights of stairs to climb !! Very hard work in your 70’s and recovering from chest infection !! No help offered to carry bags when checking in either from the young man on duty . No A/C just a small fan which made no difference in the extreme heat - especially as you could only open the window a tiny bit due to health and safety rules . “The room we had was for three people. It was the size of a small apartment. It had a microwave, small fridge and a jetted tub. While the hotel is on the beach our room faced the other way which had the advantage of not getting the afternoon sun.”
