“The chair in the room was filthy . The bathroom light switch was connected to the fan which sounded like a jet engine every time you went into the bathroom. If you used the bathroom at night you woke up everyone due to the sound . The outlet with coffee pot was not working . Had to move it to another wall . Found bugs inside .”

“We had a wonderful stay while visiting the area for UCI Downhill World Cup mountain bike races. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious and Buck and Clea were excellent hosts. We enjoyed chatting with them and other guests as well. The beds were very comfortable and the location was great. We’d love to come back. ”

“Very comfortable and the perfect place to stay for fly fishing in summer season 2025. Rivers very low, which made Lake Everest and below the dam the spot to fly fish for big trout. Relaxing on the deck, napping in the gazebo, safe and smooth kayaking, well stocked house and comfy beds made our stay beyond wonderful.”

“This isn't a luxury room in the sense of being new/updated with a lot of space. The main area is dated, but it has everything you need and an updated bath area and it's a great location if you are in Wilmington for something. We were there for the Whiteface uphill bike race. Meg seemed available to help although we didn't need anything.”
