“Booked the house through VRBO, all went well. We got the conformation of the booking. Sitting in the hotel the night before arriving in France and thinking, I haven't seen anything about the entry to the house. Sent a message which was finally answered after an hour saying it was in the welcome email and she supplied the link for the check in.
